Death of Robert Corey, Class of 1969, my brother

October 7, 2018 by Barbara Corey (Register to contact)

Robert Corey, class of 1969, died at the family home in Apple Valley, Minnesota, following a lengthy illness on October 4, 2018. After graduating from AHS, Robert graduated from UW-RF and then the Drake University School of Law. He practiced commercial property law until his illness incapacitated his ability to do so. He is survived by his wife Trish and two children, Elizabeth, a graduate student in public health at the University of Minnesota and Thomas, a graduate of the business school at the University of North Dakota who works for Hormel Corporation. Robert had many lifelong friends from his Amery days, a cabin on North Twin, and an enduring love for this community.
